Bradburn Home Shipping Policies

Ship From:  Bradburn Home ships from our warehouse & assembly facility:  400 Kelly’s Creek Rd, Suite 101, Rabun Gap, Georgia 30568

Ship Via:  We ship small cartons via Federal Express Ground and large shipments by Federal Express Freight (LTL).    If a customer elects to request we ship on their account (with their carrier), we can arrange to accomplish such. 

Invoicing and Tracking:  We issue an invoice upon shipping and forward tracking numbers associated with each shipment at the time we invoice such that customers can easily track a shipment during transit.  If your order is being paid for via credit card, we charge the card on the day of shipment.

Timing of Shipments:  Bradburn Home seeks to ship orders within 2 to 8 business days of order receipt.

Fulfillment Policy:  We seek to fulfill each order and ship complete.  In cases where a portion of an order cannot be shipped, we will BACKORDER an item and reflect such on the invoice document associated with a shipment.  As inventory arrives, we will then fulfill the backorder unless the customer request we cancel any backorder.

Customer Receipt of Product:  To ensure you received exactly what you expect, we recommend:

  1. Do not discard packing materials before inspecting the product.  If you need to return product, it must be done in its original packing material.  So, please retain all packing materials.
  2. Exercise caution when cutting open cartons to prevent accidently cutting the product.
  3. Exercise caution when cutting plastic protective wrap from a shade. It is easy to accidently cut a shade’s fabric.
  4. Use TWO HANDS when applying a finial on top of the lamp shade when assembling a lamp. Our finials are heavy and if dropped you may chip or crack the lamp body below.
  5. For all lamps, the harp and finial are packed (as a separate item) within the carton containing the lamp body. A label is applied to the outside of a carton to alert you to this.  Carefully, find all parts before discarding any packing materials.
  6. We reserve the right to refuse any return that is not packed in the original factory cartons.
Any CLAIM of damage or defect must be presented within 7 days of receipt of goods.  Absent a timely claim, one must remit based on the terms of an invoice.
